My Page doesn't show up. You need to be an admin of the Page, and on the Facebook screen you must keep the Page ticked and allow every permission. Then use “Refresh Pages from Facebook” on your dashboard, or sign in again.
I can't reply to someone. Meta only allows normal replies within 24 hours of the person's last message. Between 24 hours and 7 days you can still send a personal reply as a human agent; after that, wait for them to write again.
