This agreement
These terms are between you and [company legal name], [registered address] ("we"). By using replyFplus you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you may accept them for that business. You must be at least 18.
Early access
replyFplus is currently offered as early access, by invitation. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or withdrawn while we prepare for general release.
Your account and Pages
You sign in with Facebook and may connect only Pages you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your Facebook account and API keys secure.
Using Messenger responsibly
You must follow Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies and Messenger rules, and hold any permission Meta requires for your type of business. You are responsible for the messages you send and for having the right to contact the people you message.
You must not use replyFplus to:
- send spam, or message people who have asked you to stop;
- break any law, mislead people, or infringe anyone's rights;
- collect passwords, card numbers or other sensitive financial details through messages;
- interfere with the service, get around its limits, or access data that isn't yours.
Meta generally allows normal messages only within 24 hours of a person's last message. By default, replyFplus campaigns skip people outside that window and report them as skipped. Outside it, you can send a personal reply as a human agent within 7 days, or a Meta-approved template you supply.
Meta and delivery
replyFplus depends on Meta's platform, which we don't control. Meta may delay, block or change how messages work, or restrict your Page. We can't guarantee that any message will be sent, received or read.
Plans, trial and limits
New accounts get a 30-day free trial with 2,000 messages. Each plan has a monthly limit on messages replyFplus sends; receiving and syncing messages don't count. When a trial ends or a limit is reached, sending pauses until you choose a plan or the next month begins.
Paid plans aren't on sale yet. Before they are, we will publish prices, the billing cycle, and our refund and cancellation terms here.
API and webhooks
API keys are secret, and you are responsible for anything done with them. API use is rate-limited. You are responsible for the systems you send data to through the API or webhooks, and for protecting that data. We may disable a webhook address that keeps failing.
Your data
Your content stays yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own legal duties to the people who message your Pages.
Suspension and ending
You can stop at any time by removing the app, and can ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
No warranties, and limits on liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, data or messages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that can't legally be limited.
Changes, and the law that applies
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date, telling account holders about important ones. These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law], and disputes go to the courts of [courts].
